Aloe, Shea & coconut with Deep skies influencing the fragrance with a blend of royal ambers and frankincense against dried rose, lavender heads and plump strawberries.
Aloe, used externally has many benefits. Aloe has been shown to have antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties, making it soothing to the skin. It contains prostaglandins, which may reduce inflammation, promote healing and alleviate allergic reactions.
Shea, Shea butter soothes, softens, and hydrates skin. In addition, shea butter moisturizes and conditions the fur to maintain the softy and silky feel and boost shine. Shea butter contains a unique substance known as cinnamic acid, and cinnamic acid has natural antibacterial properties that help to ward off infection and speed up wound healing. Shea butter also contains naturally occurring vitamin A, which is known to speed up the recovery and regeneration of the skin. The vitamin E in Shea butter also helps to soothe irritations and speed recovery, while the essential fatty acids keep the skin healthy, elastic, and better prepared to heal itself should the need arise.
When applied to the skin, it can make fur shinier and less prone to damage.
This is because lauric acid, the main fatty acid in coconut oil, has a unique makeup that allows it to easily penetrate hair shafts.
Other types of fat don't have this same ability, so using coconut oil may help keep your dog's coat healthy and beautiful.
Directions: Rinse your dog with warm water, apply directly to dog, alternatively you can apply to a sponge to create more lather. Then rinse.
As these products are free from chemical foamers, you can expect to see less lather (foamy bubbles).
